Job Description
- Handling team of subordinates.
- To maintain track record & the documentation of the subordinates.
- Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
- Coordinates, negotiates and liaision with employment , recruitment and interview schedules.
- Conduct interviews up to senior executive levels.
- Arranges interviews for management levels.
- Prepare letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
- Conduct exit interview.
- Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
- Perform other special projects as assigned
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Give presentations
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Utilize the portals for recruitment.
