Job Description
Coordinating a multi-choice menu, including hot meal, nutritious and wholesome meal options
- Preparation & catering of all dishes on the menu
- The provision and coordination of a three-course meal structure for dining at lunch and dinner intervals
- Provide clients with menu options on a four week cycle which is tailored to client needs
- Maintaining an exceptionally high standard of food production & hygiene, coupled with maintaining a high level of personal hygiene

Desired Candidate Profile
A completed Certificate III in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) or equivalent
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Familiarity with HACCP practices
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a large scale catering environment
- Understanding of OHS legislation and management of hazards
- Experience in supervising a team of catering professionals.
